WHAT ABOUT SERVICE?
Because Trekkr is a division of Scooters Australia, one of Australia's largest mobility scooter networks, we have service facilities in all major capital cities and in many regional centres. There's no need to return the scooter to just one location. We can even arrange to have your scooter serviced in your own home from participating stores, at a small call-out fee.
WARNING: We will only service and repair Luggie scooters purchased through one of our authorised outlets. If you are in doubt about the product you can contact us with the serial number and we will confirm its origin. Don't be fooled by anyone who claims that we will look after you if you have not purchased from an authorised dealer. Some on-line sellers require you to send the Luggie back to them for repairs, including warranty issues.
